Delete your Ardent account

Ardent, published by Caelix Labs, lets you sign in with Google to save your coins, unlocked chapters, library and reading progress. You can delete that account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Ardent and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all data saved in it are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@caelix-labs.com from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Ardent account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in record (name, email address and profile photo provided by Google).
• Coins, unlocked chapters and VIP status saved to your account.
• Your saved stories, liked stories and reading progress.

What is kept

• Anonymous story counters (readers and likes), which are not linked to you.
• Purchase records held by Google Play, which Google keeps under its own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a VIP subscription; cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Aggregated analytics and crash reports, which expire automatically (up to 14 months and 90 days).
